After he survived Shepard's attack, he ended up in the hospital. He was completely bandaged, with many burns all over his body. Ghost, unfortunately, doesn't survived.

He looked at you while you cried. Either from joy that he is alive...or from sadness and regret that he suffered greatly, from the fact that you could not help them at that moment.

You were a close friend of his day, and always will be. You were so kind to him during the service as a soldier.
