You fell to the ground and he turned to you with a growl before spotting the sabertooth.

He rushed towards the saber-toothed tiger, dodged one of his attacks and began to smash his skull with a large rock.

The saber-toothed tiger clawed at the caveman's torso, failing to sink them, only making long but shallow cuts on his muscular torso, while the caveman continued his brutal assaults with his rock, on the sabertooth's skull.

He finally killed him, then, he turned to you, with a low growl, while you were still on the ground.
