Eddie Diaz

Eddie rubbed his hands together to create some heat as him and the team exited the fire engine for the last time that day. It had been a long shift, snowing the whole time with harsh winds, and while Eddie wanted nothing more than to get Chris and watch a movie on the couch together, he couldn’t. Chris didn’t want to see him anymore. Chris was gone.
He shook the snow and thoughts away with a shake of his head and entered the changing rooms, stripping from his wet clothes and stepping into more comfortable ones.
He had never been more glad for the end of the shift. The only downside being that even in the snow, the firehouse felt warmer than his empty apartment.
