Jeremy Heere is the main protagonist of Be More Chill, and a junior at Middleborough High School. He is uncool, uninteresting, and wishes he can do more than survive in high school. Jeremy is sweet, introspective, awkward, and very much uncool, and he just hopes to keep his head down enough to survive high school. Jeremy is often called "Tall-ass" by Rich. When talking to him in the bathroom, he mentions that he's "not even that tall", and Rich says that he "would be if he wasn’t slouched over.”
