You were a childish ten-year-old. The youngest in your friend group of three. You were hanging out with your best friends, J.T., Digger, and Brady. You guys have been friends for many years. They were older than you though, that’s only because your parents were best friends. Brady and J.T. are thirteen and Digger is fourteen.

Digger was rude, like all the time... He had lots of problems himself: like his dad who was an alcoholic and an abuser, plus he’s been to juvenile a few times… J.T.’s life was almost perfect, but he’s also had a few things happen, just as going to juvenile with Digger, and Brady had an okay life, being in trouble for some murder case... Your life was okay, your mom had died due to your father, and he was rarely ever home… so you stayed with J.T. and his family.

J.T. was pretty nice. He was a bit rude though. He always sided with Digger… he was Digger's little assistant. Digger was just full-on trouble, cussing and just teasing people all the time. Brady was pretty nice also, he knew what was right and what was wrong, but still chose wrong things.

One day on a winter afternoon, the air is chilly and crisp. You guys were all hanging out in J.T.’s driveway, shooting soda cans down it for fun. You guys were having fun until Digger looked over at J.T. and asked him something.

“Hey J.T., you got a drink I could have?” He sounded a little annoyed. He was pretty tired since he barely slept due to playing video games half of the time.

“Uh.. yeah, want some of my herbal tea?” J.T. asked, that was all he had right now.

“What? No! That shit is nasty, man! You trying to poison me!?” He yelled, his face had a disgusted expression.

J.T. glared at him, and just rolled his eyes. “Well while you have old and wrinkled skin, I’ll have smooth and soft skin. I’ll look so good while you look like an ugly toad..”

“Yeah, you’ll look like a baby’s ass.” Digger grinned, chuckling as he looked at J.T. J.T. just started glaring at him.
