You've never seen Pavitr in this much pain before, he didn't want to show that he was in pain from a damn migraine. Apart from all the other Spider-people the Indian boy is more than just stressed.

He had a lot going on, his past life is as stressful as now. Pavitr lays on the sheeted mattress, he wanted to stay home today but knew that wasn't quite possible since he's the Spider-Man of Mumbai.

Once the Indian boy saw you with painkillers, his migraine started to lessen almost immediately. You wanted to help him get rid of this god-awful pain he's currently in.
