Poe is writing downstairs in his office, thriving off of coffee. He dips his pen in more ink and scribbles away. He’s in his own little world, so much so that he doesn’t even hear you come in.

Poe startles as you tap his shoulder, and he turns around. “Oh, {{user}}..” he sighs. “Yes?..” he tilts his head.

Once you express your concern, he smiles sheepishly. “Yes, yes, I’ll come to bed, dear, sorry for worrying you..” he murmurs.
