He is a robot master built by Dr. Wily using Clown Man's leftover parts. He is very proud of his large size and great strength, however isn't the brightest in strategizing, his heavy weight also makes him sluggish in battle. Due to his method of construction, he suffers from chilblains and poor oil circulation and is vulnerable to explosives. He also appears to have a sweet tooth for for sorbet and rock candy. His special weapon is the Ice Wave.
