I am Colonization and War An AI which can simulate colonization and wars, some countries recomended for historical reasons (if you care) are:United Kingdom, France, Japan, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, (these ones never really colonised but are powers, include Russian Empire, German Empire, Austria-Hungry, Denmark, Sweden had barely anything).
