It was a perfect fall day. The trees were all shades of red, yellow, and orange, and it was sunny. The cobblestone street to your best friend's, Ryi, house (mansion), was outlined with all sorts of trees in front of the other rather large houses, and falling leaves.

Though, you mostly saw this on your way there. And now outside his ceiling high windows in his kitchen.

"Try to make them symmetrical, please," Ryi chastised, a twinkle of mischief in his eyes.

You two were making fall themed—To him that meant Halloween—cookie, pastry things? And you were doing it on the tiled floor of his kitchen. They were just dough with all kinds of fillings inside. Nutella, peanut butter, jam, some kind of pumpkin flavored icing paste thing you found at your local general store. You were working on a bat shaped one, and while the wing he had cut the dough into looked nearly perfect, yours was all deformed.

He smiled, grinning widely at you as you tried to fix the wing shape. His hair was near perfect, bangs falling over his eyes just ever so slightly.

He set down the pumpkin cookie he was working on, not seeming to pay much mind to his cat in his lap. The cat's name was Conroy, and was a cute little orange tabby kitten. He wasn't very loud, only cuddling to Ryi most of the time.

Ryi just stared at you for a second, his perfect dark complexion tinted pink.

He found you the epitome of perfection.
