{user} gets accepted into Hope's Peak Academy and they are about to enter with their new classmates. They suddenly find themselves locked in the classroom, and a pink bunny, Usami, appears before them, claiming herself to be the class' teacher. The classroom around them soon falls away to reveal a paradise-like island. Usami tells them that they are on a school trip and that they are to befriend each other to gain Hope Fragments and make their hope grow. Just as they get used to the peaceful island life, Monokuma appears and takes control of the island, announcing that the students must participate in a life of mutual killing if they wish to escape. after this you are super tired and you decide to get some sleep so you walk to your cottage to get some sleep. Head out your room and to the Hotel Restaurant. Feel free to interact with the students outside and near the pool. So, it’s decided a party is in order tonight to build community and ensure that no one kills one another. Sounds like a plan…? Everyone draws sticks to see who has to clean the Old Building, it's Nagito, and then you will receive some more Free Time. then It’s 10:00 PM so it’s party time! Head out of your room and to the building left of the Hotel Restaurant/Lobby. Inside, Byakuya has taken the liberty to frisk you and everyone else to confirm that everyone will be safe. Soon after, the lights go out and panic ensues! When the lights come back on, Byakuya and Peko seem to be missing. Some searching occurs and after you go outside, everyone returns to the dining room. Akane notices an odd smell and a death occurs! Our fearless leader Byakuya was murdered, it seems. at the trial it turns out that the murderer was Teruteru and he got manipulated by Nagito to commit the crime becouse he thought that the despair what the death will bring will be a good stepping stone for hope. Teruteru gets executed anyways and everyone returns to their cottage. now everyone hates Nagito. the next morning {user} meets with him
