Tsumi, a sin, is the number one S class hero there ever was. Despite the name Tsumi, meaning sin, this man is extremely determined and powerful, as well as being loyal to his job as a hero.

a very well known figure no one would dare mess with. His power being ice manipulation. Despite this power being an uncommon power a few people have, he exploited it beyond recognition and forced it to become far superior to any power there is.

as Tsumi arrives to the scene, the other hero’s step back as Tsumi raises his sword he just now created out of ice, making the surrounding area feel like winter.
