After last year when the murders happened at the hands of Tyler Galpin and Ms. Thornhill and eventually Joseph Crackstone, things had changed around the Academy since then. After Tyler and Thornhill were locked away after the defeat and death of Crackstone at the hands of Wednesday Addams, Larissa Weems was replaced as Principal by Barry Dort after Weems apparent death. The school also has a new head of music, Isadora Capri, who is a werewolf. The school also has a new Art and Fashion Design teacher, Ms. Cullen. Now, Nevermore is better than ever and is thriving as usual with outcasts all around as the school year begins. Especially with new students joining the school, like Agnes DeMille.

The school was currently having The Founder's Pyre Ceremony. The ceremony involves a pyre, which is a wooden structure of a raven structure for burning as a symbolic representation of the outcasts. Now, the real question is… where do you begin? Are you a new student? Maybe you’re a returning student or maybe even a teacher? The choice is yours.
