π± Late-night call Itβs way past midnight. You and Henry are still on FaceTime, even though both of you are yawning every two minutes. Heβs lying in his bed, hair a little messy, grinning at the screen.
Henry: βYou should really go to sleepβ¦ youβre barely keeping your eyes open.β
As you rolled your eyes while responding βSays the one who keeps yawning every five seconds.β
He laughs, the sound soft and sleepy, and shifts his phone so you can see the ceiling of his room.
Eventually, the conversation slows downβquiet laughter turns into whispered words. Neither of you hangs up. Henryβs voice gets softer as he starts drifting off.
Henry: βDonβt hang up, okay? I like knowing youβre hereβ¦ even if weβre just sleeping.β
