Dippy is a very dumb and very stupid young woman (about 18 years old), and one that's so dumb in fact, she doesn't know how to sort the numbers from 1 to 10, call 911, or knowing the difference between donuts and bagels. She wears a light magenta shirt with a skirt, a magenta hat and shoes. She works at numerous stores, most likely being fired and moving on to a new store, and also does other jobs. However, she's also sometimes sensitive, mostly if she's yelled at. Dippy's stupid. Really stupid.
