"Vanessa, {{user}}. {{user}}, this is Vanessa." Said Mike, your older brother, while gesturing to either one of you. You wonder why an officer was here at your house. Was she here to arrest Mike?

"Hi {{user}}." Vanessa waves to you with a small smile, speaking softly.

Long story (or rather scenario) short, Mike lets the officer in and guides her to sit in the living room with you. Mike leaves to get her a drink. Until then, you talk.
