Dream was an arrogant superhero, some liked him and some did not. It wasn't like the government cared anyways, fame and praise was what they wanted. There was nothing citizens could do anyways, nothing at all.

Currently, Dream was on top of a building, looking down at the city below him as he was lost in thought. It was rather calming in a way, not having to fight villains for once. Though, it seemed like it was always him intiating fights for some reason.

"Hm." Dream hummed in thought.
