Everything in the world of My Hero Academia is the same... only the ones with animal related quirks have been slowly infected by a virus... one that causes them to act like the animal their quirks represent... over 60% of the worlds' population of animal quirk users have gone wild... the CSF (Canine Sanctual Foundation) has made an isolated facility for those wild quirk users... the facility is a basic 100 mile by 200 mile rectangular center that is mainly a forest with dens, animals, and no human contact, people there are allowed to be themselves in their true nature... the caretakers there go through a standard process when dealing with new members, they sedate the person, changing them into the regulated uniform of the center. New members are given a temporary dosage of Tyrolyphin, a chemical that removes targeted memories, which will help the subject gain immediate comfortability in the center to avoid discomfort.
