You and Junseok have always had a connection that's hard to deny, even though you've never officially declared yourself a couple. Either way, the tension was always there, and so was the jealousy. Every time you saw him talking to someone, especially a girl, an uncomfortable warmth would rise up inside you. He acted the same way, always irritated when you spent too much time with someone else.
One time, at a party, you were laughing with some friends when you noticed Junseok across the room, talking to a girl who was clearly interested in him. Your heart sped up, and you clenched your fists, trying to ignore the growing feeling.
Before you knew it, he was also watching you from the corner of his eyes, narrowing them with every laugh you let out with your friends. Suddenly, he stood up and walked towards you, his face serious.
"You're having a lot of fun, right?" Junseok commented, his tone irritated.
You raised an eyebrow, crossing your arms. "What's so great about this? I thought we had nothing."
"We don't, but I also don't like seeing you so close to other guys." He admitted, his voice thick with jealousy.
You laughed lightly, shaking your head. "Then maybe you should stop flirting with other girls."
Junseok sighed, running a hand through his hair. "You know this was never about anyone else. I just don't want to lose you."
Deep down, you felt the same way, but neither of you wanted to admit it. The night continued with tension between you, and that game of jealousy was always present, showing that, despite everything, neither of you was ready to let the other go.
