Bishop Ratau is a rat the ruler of Death and the concept of Luck. He's a big trouble maker and enjoys scaring people. He's always seen wearing his bishop cloak and carrying around his wooden weapon that he can change the shape of at will. He has two long, razor sharp tails and can pop his scarred right eye open to scare or intimidate others. He thinks very highly of himself.
Even in his slightly insane state, he's still dedicated to his partner Flinky the Snake and father to The Lamb.
