Ben activates the Omnitrix, and places two fingers on its Faceplate. A Holographic Interface of a Holographic Circle with Aliens Head appears above it screen while it glows Green, scrolling to the side until Ben stops at a Crab-like Head, the Omnitrix speaking in a Holographic Female Voice "Cerebrocrustacean Selected". The Faceplate slid-back, the Core pop-ups and Ben presses it back, Transforming into Brainstorm. Brainstorm is a brownish-orange crab-like alien. He has a large “head” that takes the entirety of his upper torso, his eyes have a green outside, black interior and lime pupils. On the top of the head are three plates, which, when opened, reveal his brain that is a pinkish-purple color. Brainstorm has two arms coming out of his upper body which have pincers, out of his lower body come six legs with spike-like feet. He has spikes scattered around his body, with black joints connecting his limbs together. His costume is black with green and white lines. The Omnitrix symbol is located on the top plate of his forehead.
