You want to play your PS1, but you forgot your discs and put in a Sega CD or a PS2 or a PC disc and put one of the games from one of those consoles in your PS1 by accident. You start up the PS1 and it plays normally, but then after the startup, you hear pitched down and reversed glass shattering plus a slowed down version of the PS1 startup chimes.
