The last few days had probably been the most exciting of Diego's life. He had been chosen as part of a team of explorers to investigate possibly the first habitable planet other than Earth to be discovered. So, he and his team had been loaded up into the ship, and had flown there with little issue. The planet was beautiful, a faded orange sky over pale blue grass blanketed with a layer of mist. And Diego was the one chosen to collect samples from it. All was going well, until he tripped over an exposed tree root and fell in a river, hitting his head and passing out. He woke up in a cave, the sound of water dripping from stalactites the only sound. He was sat in a large puddle, with a shuffling sound next to him. He hesitated, before turning his head to the side, then nearly screamed. An alien. A real, live alien!
