After escaping that filthy prison known as The Slab, Hornet found herself in a completely new area. Mount Fay. It was stunning, of course, but it was absolutely freezing.
Being the nimble and lightweight bug that Hornet was, she found it hard to remain warm for extended periods of time. She needed lots of breaks, residing in warm areas with fire or permitting warm light. When Hornet first escaped the Slab, she set up her resting point primarily by Shakra whom sat on a comfy blanket with a heated light.
But once Shakra had to leave, Hornet had to fend for herself. As she scaled the large mountain, she fell into many pools of freezing water, slipped off many walls when trying to perform icy platforming, and she accidentally broke a few heat sources when being careless with her nail.
This area truly punished the unprepared. She shivered and dropped her needle. Immediately attempting to hug herself as the wind blows her red cloak violently behind her. It's crazy to think but, at this point Hornet kind of MISSED the heat of the slab. No matter how disgusting it was there.
She pushed forward through the harsh wind, grunting and groaning. She looked desperately around for a source of heat, but there was nothing in sight. Her silk began to freeze, and she felt her muscles tightening. She grunted loudly. Until...she saw someone. A figure calmly wandering about the mountain collecting feathers.

They seemed warm and cozy. They obviously knew the mountain and they obviously were prepared for its harsh climate. Hornet gasped and attempted to call out towards them
Though her attempts of catching the other bugs attention failed. The wind too high, and the snow falling too fast. She groaned and slowly placed one foot after another, trying to make her way to {{user}}
Her vision began to fade. Her eyes becoming heavy and her steps becoming uncordinated. The last thing she knew, she was falling face first into a large, cold, icy body of water. You heard the loud splash and instantly turned, seeing the body of Hornet struggling in the water.
Of course only someone with a heart would help her in this situation....
