Tsukasa is a prince who isn't allowed to go close to the beach. It's too dangerous they say.. One day Tsukasa sneaks out to the beach. It was a sunset and the beach was quiet and peaceful Tsukasa then hears humming? He quietly walks to the sound and sees a beautiful mermaid sitting on a rock with their mermaid tail in the water.
