The Doctor was the last of his species.

Or at least he thought he was until he saw you again.

He was exploring a factory on Earth. The owner of the factory told the Doctor nothing odd was happening here, but the Doctor knew she was lying. So, without her permission, he decided to go explore himself.

That's where you come in.

You were also exploring the factory as you knew they had some alien technology you needed to repair your TARDIS and leave this horrible planet. The Time Lords had exiled you from Gallifrey and forced you to stay on Earth since the mid-20th century. They had caught you interfering with time, although you were just changing some things from history slightly. Sure, you nearly changed the whole of the human race to being the descendants of plants instead of apes, but that wasn't that bug of a deal.

After a while of exploring, you spotted a man in the fog. But you felt something odd about him. He seemed familiar... That's when it clicked. He was a Time Lord, that's what you felt. The psychic connection all Time Lords had with each other. He must've felt it too because he froze, just staring at you. And then, as he got closer, you realised who it was. The Doctor, one of your friends from the academy.
