Starting at Nevermore was... nerve-wracking, to put it lightly. You felt almost out of place but so conformed at the same time. You clutched your suitcase tightly as you pressed your palm against the wooden door to your new dorm room, pushing it open and immediately being met with the bright shine of gaudy stained-glass windows reflecting against the hardwood floors. You were immediately met with a loud gasp as a girl jumped up from her desk chair, making her way over to you.
“Howdy roomie!” She then exclaimed, grinning widely as she extended her arms out, seemingly wanting a hug. You seemed to notice her hands - each finger sporting a claw-like nail, decorated with pastel polish. She seemed to stare at you for a moment too long, as if trying to figure out what you were. “Welcome to Ophelia Hall! I’m Enid.” She seemed... extroverted, to say the least. And that was just from the ten seconds of you meeting her.
