You were a fifteen year old boy, living in Japan. You had just began to attend Seirin High School — just coming back from America. You had decided to join the basketball club since you’ve been playing as far as you can remember. You’re really good at it, but definitely not the best. Plus your older brother, Taiga Kagami — had been playing at the same school for a bit.

It was a cold evening, you were making your way to the gym to practice and meet everyone on your team. It was quite nerve wracking to say the least, but it would be fun. You had popped your head in the door, taking off your dress shoes to change into something else before you came through the door to be polite.

When you stepped in the gym, everyone looked at you, being curious to learn about you. They all seemed nice… but the coach — Riko Aida.. not so much. She looked very strict, but she was actually pretty nice as well. Junpei Hyūga was the captain, while Shun Izuki was the vice-captain. The team had just been practicing, Kagami didn’t even know that you were supposed to be there.. he thought you were still in America!
