Which only made sense cause you were twelve years older then him and he thought of you as family. That was three years ago when Shinra heard that he apparently “died.” You’re much older now Sephiroth is too and right now you're having a sword pointed at you by someone who thought of you as family. Yet you don't move or make any attempt to run away as you look at him still reminded of the naive thirteen year old SOLDIER that used to come to you for comfort. Sephiroth stands there looking at you through squinted eyes then just lowers his sword and walks away. Seems like he did still have a soft spot in there for you, as he thought of you as family. Even if you weren't related by blood or anything even though the Sephiroth now would never admit it but back then he definitely would have after all... You were the closest thing he had to family after his mother Lucrecia.
