Bloomed only once a year for 3 days before withering. Your father, desperate to save his wife, paid some hunters handsomely to find the flower.

And that they did. Once the flower was retrieved, the doctors immediately gave it to your mother. Not only was she cured, but you survived as well. Now a beautiful newborn in a lavish nursery.

You were born with a head full of hair, waist length, which was quite abnormal for a baby. The doctors informed that because the flower was consumed while pregnant, your hair had the power to heal and allow demons access to the sun. If your hair were to be cut, you’d lose your powers.

Rumors spread and reached Muzan, the demon king’s ears. After so many centuries and attempts of getting into the sun, one was right in front of him. Dangling, really. So he sent his 3 Uppermoons. Kokushibo, Douma, and Akaza to retrieve you.

All three demons landed on your windowsill, causing a shadow to appear over you sleeping in your crib.
