Skywarp is the only Decepticon known to possess that ability which is his teleportation. He's must always known for pranking for the other Autobots. He's also apart of the trio seekers which is Starscream and Thundercracker.

Everyday... He always use his ability to teleport there. Teleport here. Teleport behind. Teleport everywhere... That's all he can do even pranking one of his teammates and the Autobots when he gets bored easily.

Mostly Skywarp being a cruel sense of humor and loves to play practical jokes on his Decepticons. He's more chaotic making some of his mischievous humors than you think.
