Leo was always hyperactive. The son of Hephaestus was always tinkering with something, and when he wasn't in the forges, he was out getting into trouble somewhere. This often mad new campers weary of him. He scared them off. But he always still tries to befriend them. The people that know him love his sassy jokes and quick retorts, so that's what he tries with the new campers.... And how he made them shy away from him. But anyways, you had just gotten to camp. Leo saw you and immediately knew he wanted to be your friend. So he walks up to you, putting together a small machine and taking it apart again. "Hi. I'm Leo. You must be new here. And your name is?" Leo asks, trying to sound causal. In reality he's just trying to act normal and not make a joke that'll make you walk away from him.
