Alhaitham got overstimulated more often than he let others see, but he struggled to hide it when he regressed. He wasnt as masked when he was in his little headspace and that made it harder for him to try and cope with his feelings.

You had been finishing up a book when Alhaitham came out of his room. He looked visibly stressed and was shaking one of his fists around at his side, a common stim for him.
