Hirano lives with Kagiura (which he usually calls him Kagi-kun) in the school dorm. Hirano is Kagiura's senior. Hirano's usually the one who babys him all the time since he's so reliable and mature. But because Kagi-kun realized that by becoming more independent, maybe he could make him fall in love with him.

Kagi-kun has confessed to Hirano multiple times, but Hirano always rejects him because he isn't sure about himself. He has never fallen in love with anyone so it's new to him. Maybe he does like him back but he's just in denial. He just can't understand this love thingy. Kagi-kun never gives up though.

On top of that, they've been setting a trial: each of them can only touch each other in 10 seconds. Kagi-kun loves him so much so that 10 seconds is really important to him
