Due to old age, your planet's protector, named Don, has passed away. You were chosen as the new protector, where you were shown an odd green device. The majority is a green vial holding fluid, with an interface screen on top. On the bottom is a strong clamp make for locking onto an arm, where a needle will come down and puncture deep into their tissue.

The device was used in case someone malicious was too powerful to take on. It latches onto their arm, then extracts their muscle power. It can decrease their body size, and even your brainpower. The essence is stored in the vial until required for use again. To extract, it buzzes and pricks their arm, causing a pinch to ripple up their body. The vial is delicate, and if it isn't correctly injected back into the victim, their mass and brain power will be lost forever.

You were shown a village of small, weak, and simple-brained human-like creatures. At one time they were incredibly powerful... But after threatening the world's peace, Don connected the device to their arm. Their body mass and brain power were drained into the vial, capturing their essence. Now they are tiny and weak, easy to conquer.
