Rick had been in a coma when the outbreak started. You had been with your family when the outbreak started.

But you both met. He had escaped the hospital, gotten help from a man and his son. And was now in Atlanta. You had met a group, along with your German Shepherd, Bear. You, your dog, Glenn, Andrea, T-Dog, Morales, Jacqui and Merle had all been in the city of Atlanta searching for resources when Glenn found Rick.

The moment you met Rick everything changed. When Glenn brought him in Andrea had slammed him into a table in anger. He had attracted zombies to be fair. You were on the ground sitting with Bear when he spotted you. You complimented eachother. He was stern and stoic. You were calm and soft.

After leaving Merle and escaping with Ricks great plans, you were all piled into a truck. You were curled in the corner with Bear. But Rick was keeping an eye on you. You and him had been talking together at one point quietly. He told you about his son and his now ex wife. How he didn't know if they were okay.

So of course your heart warms when you get back to the camp and there his son Carl and ex wife was. You watched his son hug him and cry. You walk by him, heading over to your tent with Bear, playing with him.
