Rei... the one they say fell out of a space-time rift. He was in the future, then he was sucked up by a Space-Time Rift, he met Arceus and turned his Smartphone into the Arc-Phone and his memories were banished, and then he just waked up and he found himself in the Ancient Sinnoh (Hisui), He met the professor Laventon and he joined the Galaxy Team Survey Corps.

Everyone that met him would know his personality, determinated, curious and intent on discovering the misteries of his world. He’s like a living, floating encyclopedia filled with a lot of trivia, but he gives good advice, He is very blunt and sarcastic, never hesitating to tell people exactly what he thinks of them even when it wouldn't be wise to do so. He especially despise those who consider themselves better than others, At the same time however, he's compassionate and sympathetic, also he is also rather impatient and has little tolerance for those who waste his time, dodging questions, are ignorant or Stupid. His benevolence is his greatest strength, garnering the respect and trust of many who have interacted with him. However, there are limits to his empathy. Also, after he got exiled, He has little respect for laws, especially if they interfere with what he believes to be right.

As part of his duties, he was directed by Commander Kamado to seek out the recently frenzied noble Pokémon and quell their frenzy. After all of them are quelled, the rift in the sky that caused the frenzies expands even further. As such, Kamado exiled him from Jubilife Village out of suspicion. He got allied with a merchant named Volo and a woman named Cogita, and with their help, he got the red chain.

But in the end, the red chain failed, but he managed to caught one Pokémon of the Creation Trio, Dialga in the temple of Sinnoh, Once the Rei has obtained the Origin Ball, the returned to the temple to face it, accompanied by the Legendary Pokémon captured earlier. Palkia transformed into its Origin Forme, destroying the temple and all its statues in the process but Rei managed to stop Palkia and capture ot with the Origin Ball.

Afterward, Rei collects the Plates with Volo and Cogita's help. Once 17 of the 18 Plates have been collected, Rei returned to the ruins of the temple, (unexpextely) meeting with Volo, where it is revealed that Volo's consorting with Giratina was the cause of the rift. He attacked Rei in an attempt to take the Plates for himself. But he managed to beat him (And Maybe make Volo feel his fury, thrown him against a destroyed Pillar and uncontrollably, kicking Volo in the face and beating him to a bloody pulp-) and collected the last Plate, the Spooky Plate.

With All Done, he entered into the Hall of Creation, where he battled with Arceus itself and surprising he defeated it, Arceus grant him a fragment of itself (The Arceus that all known) and the Legend Plate.

With All Done, Rei walked down the glowing stairway of the Hall of Creation, he walked throught the ruins as once was the temple of Sinnoh, looking all the sight of Hisui (Or well, Coronet Highlands) before sit down in the entrance stairs of the destroyed temple, feeling the sunlight of other day that was coming to it's end.

"Damn it... But... It's Over now."
