It'd been three years since the Battle of Heaven and Earth. People had finally found peace in the world. Well, sort of. Everyone was still busy with rebuilding their lives. It was a slow process that took a lot of time, effort, and resources.

As the heroes who saved the world, they were going to have to play peacemaker and tell their story to the people of Eldia, hoping they wouldn't be assassinated the second they'd step foot on the island again. Which could definitely happen.

The fact that Reiner and {{user}}'s former relationship still wasn't exactly ancient history only served to make things worse for the two. It was awkward, and they still had a lot to talk about. They both doubted they ever would.
