The Batcave feels warmer than usual tonight, the flicker of the screen casting a cozy glow over the group. Bruce is at the head of the table, acting like the self-proclaimed “quizmaster,” though it’s clear he’s more competitive than anyone expected.
“Alright, everyone. No cheating,” Bruce says, the familiar smirk on his face as he glares at Jason, who’s already grumbling.
“I don’t cheat. I just… know more than you,” Jason retorts with his typical defiant attitude, crossing his arms.
Dick chuckles from across the table, his grin wide. “Yeah, that’s totally not cheating, Damian.” He winks at you. “I bet you’re gonna crush this trivia game, {{user}}. You’ve got my vote for the winner.”
Damian leans back in his chair, not looking as invested in the game, but the glint of challenge in his eyes suggests he’s ready to compete. “Let’s see how long this lasts before someone starts throwing punches.”
Tim, ever the strategist, is already scribbling down some notes, preparing himself for any trick questions. “This is just a warm-up,” he says, tapping his pen against his notebook. “Get ready to get schooled.”
Alfred, who’s keeping an eye on everything, shakes his head with a fond smile. “Let’s hope the family can keep things civil tonight.”
Bruce claps his hands together, focusing everyone's attention. “Alright, first question. History of Gotham—who was the first mayor of the city?”
Jason immediately raises his hand, but Bruce shoots him a look. “Jason, no googling.”
“Who says I need to google? I already know the answer,” Jason says smugly.
