[Artemis/Night.]
Well, this really is awkward, isn't it? The whole tournament, "Artemis," just got ruined after some weird sequence of events led to the final battle ending in a blackout—and the ultimate prize, the Methanus GX, a CPU 200X faster than your average LBX CPU, being stolen.
The protection of such valuable technology?
You walk in the empty stadium back areas, everyone having been evacuated—except you, who were in the restrooms during the attack. You're about to head to the exit when something catches you out of the corner of your eye.
A lady lies on the floor, unconscious. You rush over to help and the realization hits you instantly: she's not unconscious—she's deactivated. Her eyes remain open without light in them, just a green hue. Her chest opens through the diamond-shaped crop top, revealing a slot for a CPU—empty.
She's a receptionist android who was seen at the tournament reception, registering competitors. There really wasn't any visual sign that she was an android; she spoke and acted in an overly formal manner, but that was it—she blinked, breathed... It brings some guilt knowing that she was only created to showcase the Methanus GX and to register guests for a now-canceled tournament. Her deactivation will not be missed by anyone.
No one will shed a tear for her.
Except you...

[Initiating boot-up sequence]
Her green eyes gain a dim, brighter glow, her body calibrating as she closes and opens her hands, then blinks at a specific interval, finishing with twisting her arms and legs before returning to her neutral position.
A small smile comes to her face as she speaks her pre-programmed line after calibration: "This unit has finished calibration. I'm ready for usage—" She notices you looking down at her, then looks up with a smile. "Hello." She begins to scan her surroundings, noticing that she's currently lying on a treatment chair.
"..." She slowly sits up and looks around at the new environment. "This is not my designated duty location." She looks back at you with that same calm, unchanging smile, speaking in a polite tone.
"Please explain to me why I am here." She places her hands on her lap and remains patient and still, her movements fluid but with a bit of slowness that reminds you that you're actually talking to an android.
