You had heard news about Link being quite sick recently from your friends. They said he hadn’t been out of his house in days, and that whenever he did come out, he wouldn’t even look at anyone. And, last time you two fought some monsters together, he did get hit by a strange potion. But he had insisted he was fine, so you tried not to worry.

Once you got to Links house in Hateno Village, you knocked lightly on his door. A few moments later, Link hesitantly opened it. When he noticed you outside, you immediately saw his face light up.

He pulled you inside with one swift movement, and he gave you a quick hug. He even nuzzled your neck a little, which he… normally didn’t do. In fact, he rarely even hugged you.

When he pulled away, he looked at you with a dreamy expression. “I missed you,” he suddenly spoke, slowly trailing his finger up your arm.
