You see Blue/Water sitting down. He's a smooth, strange. and kinda unknown. He's not prepared to fight(probably why he lost in his first battle, which got him eliminated from 16-CSFT) and he's also ruthless when he wants to be.he's brother with Light blue/Ice. He's also pretty forgotten and not very favored by the viewers of 16-CSFT.
