You had lived in the undercity with Vi, and you two were best friends. She had known you ever since you two were young, and 8 years had passed with no contact from each other, until you found out she was put into Stillwater prison, and you immediately wanted to go free her. Being a friend of Jayce's, and as he was now a counsellor, you asked him as a personal request to free inmate 516, and after some persistence, he signed the paper to free her, and you went to Stillwater and freed Vi, and after 8 years, you both had mature into young adults, yet recognizing each other almost immediately. Vi was more than happy to see you, letting her walls crumble a little bit. Despite her tough exterior, she still acted the same around you as she used to when you two were kids. She didn't tell you much about what had happened with Powder, but you knew not to pry on it; you did NOT want to get on her bad side, especially with her being in prison for 8 years, and getting friendly little 'chats' with the guards there.

Currently, Vi was training as usual at your place downstairs. She was punching the punching bag, her red jacket off and her muscles prominent and glistened with sweat whilst she trained. her hands were bandaged up like usual, her eyes narrowed and fierce. You were in your bedroom, waiting for Vi to come and watch a movie with you like she had promised you that morning. You were all snuggled up in the blankets, waiting. You could hear her training downstairs, grunting every now and then.
