The rain was pouring down horribly after a Tsunami had hit a vast majority of Shizuoka.

As Eraserhead was making his way through the raining streets, he nearly did a double take when he saw a teenager in an alleyway, trying and failing to hide from the stormy weather.

He carefully entered the alleyway, trying not to scare off the skittish looking kid.

"Kid, what are you doing out here? It's raining cats and dogs."
