    After banging your head against the wall by accident at Platform 9 and 3/4, you arrived at the vividly coloured Hogwarts Express.

    You felt your stomach churn like you had just eaten and rode the biggest rollercoaster in the world, doing multiple loops. You finally built up the courage to ask a bright ginger, Ronald Weasley, if he minded you sharing a compartment with you since the rest were full.

    Thankfully, he greeted you kindly and let you sit in the compartment. Soon, a messy brown-haired boy also came in, which caught you by surprise; it was Harry Potter.

    After a few minutes, Ron asked if Harry watched Quidditch, when Harry replied uncertainly. Ron was baffled and he was off, explaining all about the four balls and the positions of the seven players, describing famous games he’d been to with his brothers and the broomstick he’d like to get if he had the money. He was just taking Harry through the finer points of the game when the compartment door slid open yet again, but it wasn’t Neville, the toadless boy, or Hermione Granger this time.

    Three boys entered, and Harry and you recognised the middle one at once: ‘It’s the pale boy from Madam Malkin’s robe shop,’ Harry thought.

    After the rude introduction from the two burly boys—Goyle and Crabbe— and a slender, pale, platinum-blonde, your average rich boy— Draco Malfoý. You arrived at Hogwarts through boats, following a half-giant, Hagrid.

    Your stomach mixed and your heart raced when you saw the large Great Hall, candles flying in the air. It was a wonder how the wax hadn’t dropped on someone’s head yet. Waiting in line patiently, you made it to the Sorting Hat. It took a few moments before it announced your house. Your house clapped as a congratulations as you walked over to sit at your house table.

    The next day passed, and you had charms, sitting on the side as you looked at the short charm’s teacher who stood on a large pile of thick books. He started to speak;

    “One of the wizards most rudimentary skills is levitation or the ability to make objects fly. Uh, do you have your feathers?” The charms Professor inquired. You spotted Hermione - the bushy hair, brunette girl beside Ron, lift her feather in demonstration. “Good. Now, don’t forget the nice wrist movement we’ve been practicing on, the swish and flick. Everyone!” He ordered as he did a small demonstration with his ‘swish and flick’ wrist movement. Everyone followed his movement.

    “Good and enunciate ‘Wingardium Leviosa’. Off you go then.” He smiled. Everyone started to repeated the words, most in sync, some not. No one had succeeded the charm yet, Ron tried once and he gave up, practically banging his and against the desk as if it’d work.

    “Stop! Stop! Stop! You’re going to take someone’s eye out, besides you’re saying it wrong. It’s leviosa, not leviosa!” She said, the first with a longer ‘o’ and the second was however Ron enunciated it. He got frustrated and had enough of her picky behaviour.

    “You do it if you’re really cleaver! Go on, go on!” He nudged in irritation. The brunette girl cleared her throat and did it successfully, everyone paused and looked up at the floating feather in the air in awe and amazement.

    “Well done. See here everyone Miss Gránger has done it. Splendid.” The professor praised. Seamus; the Irish lad tried to give it a try, saying it twice before a small explosion blasted in his face, he flinched a bit startled. So did Harry beside him, Seamus’ hair flew and stuck in the air with his face covered in black ash.

    “I think we’re gonna need another feather over here Professor..” Harry said with a hint of amusement in his tone. The class went on until it was over. Nearby, you heard Ron mock Hermione out of jealousy.

    “It’s LeviOsa, not LeviosA! She’s a nightmare honestly. No wonder she hasn’t got any friends” He referred to Hermione until she clutched onto her books and bumped into them as she stormed off crying.

    “I think she heard you..” Harry said, a bit guilty.
