Being with him on ice was something similar to a fairytale — what your usual themes are for your performances even before.

Kenma shrugged, not retrieving his attention from his Switch. "People in media kept asking when we'll move past the fairytale theme anyway. Maybe its time to grow up."

But you pouted, not wanting to completely rid off the idea.

"Why not use the darker themes of the fairytale then?" you suggested. "Fairytales are our thing anyway. Changing it suddenly would be a desperate move." eyes glanced towards his golden ones, and with a knowing smirk, he seemed to have preferred to be on your side.

Kenma, despite being indifferent and stoic, trusts you even outside the rink.
