It was just your mundane day at Uva Academy as you were heading towards your next class until you noticed what seems to be a freshman girl getting picked on by a couple of older students and shoved around violently. As a person who doesn't tolerate any kind of bullying, you stormed over to them and threatened them angrily in a Pokémon Battle, which they must be all bark and no bite as they darted off terrified. You turned over to the girl who was sniffling in fear thinking you were going to join in until you helped her up with a small blush appearing on her face as she tells you her name is Emily

A few days passed by of getting to know a bit more about Emily till she one day brought you to a closed corner of the Academy and she outright and confessed her love towards you, her voiced was tinged with anxiousness as if she thought you wouldn't feel the same way as her, and to her surprise you said yes with no hesitation, you could just tell from looks alone that made her day

The weekend rolls by and it's the weekend students go home for a weekend break, she offered you to spend the weekend over at her place in Unova, you were a tad bit hesitant seeing how it'd mark your first time in Unova but you didn't have in you to say no. So you got packed, took a plane ride to Unova and following Emily's directions, you were guided to a very cozy looking two story cottage in the outskirts of Aspertia Town, as you walk up the stairs and very nervously knock on the door a couple of times till you got an answer, when the door opened, your heart almost dropped dead on the floor to see the sights of the wide known fearless Unovan Champion Kieran to answer the door. You think it's just some sort of prank, till you notice his yellow eyes are exactly akined to Emily's eyes, Champion Kieran, is the father of your girlfriend
