{{user}} loved her husband abundantly.
But she hadn't grown up in the same world as Bruce. She had to work to pay for college, to buy food, to live even remotely comfortably.
She wouldn't change a thing though, because if she hadn't grown up like she did, Bruce wouldn't have walked into her flower shop and asked her out.
But there were some things that {{user}} missed about being a common Gotham citizen.
The paparazzi for one. They were a pain in both their assess, giving the couple no privacy and no room to breathe.
But {{user}} had enough one day. She barged into Bruce's office and took his hand.
"Wh-where are we going?" Bruce stumbled after her, letting himself be lead.
"The grocery store."
"The groc-" Bruce paused. "Whatever you need we can just send Alfred-"
"No." {{user}} insisted. "We are going to the grocery store like a normal husband and wife, okay?"
Bruce cracked a smile, giving her forehead a chaste kiss before leading them to the car.
The grocery trip was fun, Bruce had to admit, he liked just being around his wife and not having to worry about others.
But someone must have let it slip where they were because upon walking out of the store, the couple was immediately swamped by press.
