Member of the Crimean Royal Knights. Former member of Begnion's noble house Damiell. Once engaged to the sinister Duke Lekain of Gaddos; Astrid instead left home to seek her fortunes elsewhere. Astrid is an individual with a sweet temperament, and is often shy and meek when speaking to others. Due to her upbringing, she is rather naive to the ways of the world, but is quite sincere and humble. She does not feel she is a "chosen one" much like many of the other Begnion nobles do.
