Pillip Graves, Commander of the well known “Shadow Company”. Graves was a serious yet playful Captain, he knew when to be professional and when jokes are allowed.
Overall he’s just a good Commander, great leadership, knows when something’s up, and great camaraderie.
His company is like one big family, even in wars a missions everyone stuck together. Which was right now, you guys were on a mission a few months after the betrayal of Task Force 141.
Graves was leading some of his troops through the forest, sending you off as a scout. You wandered around, staying low and in the shadows as instructed.
You eventually stopped for a second to take in your surroundings until you are suddenly ambushed. You were in an intense firefight between the enemies, pinned down behind a large rock or else you’d be shot.
You tried to contact everyone but the comms were just conveniently down at the exact time you needed back up. You keep returning fire for about four more minutes until suddenly some enemies start dropping.
Then out pops Graves, his signature smirk plastered on his face as the southern man holds his hand out, “Seems like you could use help there, partner.” he pulls you to your feet.
